CATHY
CARMODY co-created Carmody, Clark & Associates (CCA) in
1995, drawn by a strong commitment to support the development of
individuals and teams in ways that would open up a new and deeper level
of consciousness and a shifting of intention, identity, beliefs,
capabilities and behaviors.
In 2005, Cathy created an
additional company - WELwoman Inc. This company is dedicated to
the design and delivery of new approaches/platforms to support women in
responding to the call to lead; in supporting men in relaxing into new
ways of being, and in supporting both women and men in co-creating
differently.
Cathy believes that
leaders who have the courage to trust their inner selves, and who are
willing to act on that knowledge, hold the key to a more evolved and
successful workplace of the future. By working with these leaders –
individually, through intensive coaching sessions - and in collaboration
with their executive/management teams in an ongoing search for untapped
potential and possibilities outside the status quo of prevailing
workplace cultures, workplaces with integrity will flourish.
Working within the context of a WEL-Systems® approach, which uses leading edge thinking from the new
science (quantum) perspective, Cathy brings fresh and provocative
concepts and questions to bear around issues of evolution and growth for
individuals and organizations.
In 2005, Cathy published her first book: Out
of Hiding - Reclaiming My Voice and Taking My Life Back,
which is now available on Amazon.com. In addition to the
wide variety of workplace interventions that Cathy offers, she has also
created and co-delivered a number of highly successful leadership
programs since 2005.
