My
many years of experience in both government and the private sector give
me a rich perspective, a good deal of patience, a hint of skepticism, a
huge belief in the future, and in the brilliance of human beings.
The following current discovery processes and coaching services are
designed to evoke new ways and levels of thinking, and the shedding of
old beliefs, strategies, attitudes - and even choices - as individuals
become aware that there is a world of endless potential and limitless
possibilities awaiting. I also custom tailor processes depending on
your specific needs.

FINDING YOUR
VOICE – 2008
A
unique program, especially designed for women as a provocative awakening
into a world of moment-to-moment choosing. Women learn how to
break the silence imposed upon them by their cultural conditioning and
take charge of their lives - including reclaiming the enormous potential
that awaits them when they have the courage to find, reclaim and speak
their truth. Finding Your Voice speaks to women about learning to
lead from a position of personal power, witnessing the unfolding of
infinite new possibilities in their lives. This program is about
engagement – in all segments of one’s life – and most of all in
workplaces where women spend the majority of their waking days!
Finding Your Voice serves as an excellent workplace
wellness experience, creating space for individuals to identify what
creates stress in their lives and how to ‘head it off at the pass’, as
well as to move away from seeing themselves as victims of the system.
The
program is currently offered in two segments. The first is a 2-day
awakening program, accompanied by a 1-1 CODE Model™ coaching session.
This is a stand-alone program.
The second segment, for those who are serious about
wanting ‘more’, is a follow through that offers a unique blend of
additional days of in-room experiences, 1-1 coaching and online group
coaching spread over a 5- month period.
THE POWER OF ONE
...is an invitation to step back and consider that:

Although we primarily move through our days in habitual and unconscious
ways, science now reveals that there is a predictable order to our
process of thinking. We can learn to consciously and mindfully change
our level of thinking to achieve different and more astonishing
results.

Our thoughts create our realities and if we change our thoughts, we
create a different reality!

Our current reality is just one tiny, unique reality in a
much larger world.

Change and innovation come from a willingness to let go
of the need to be ‘right’, to become curious about our own reality, and
the that of others, and to open up to exploring what ”you don’t know
that you don’t know”.

We each, individually, have total control over our lives; we each have
the power to make continual, significant differences in our lives –
including our places of work – if we mindfully choose to do so. We are
all creating our futures, one choice at a time. We all have THE POWER
OF ONE.
This experiential process is offered as a 4 hour session. It includes
an introduction to a number of models - including those from the WEL-Systems® body of knowledge - models which serve as portals into a
new way of considering the world around us, especially our world of
work. The models challenge the traditional Newtonian way of seeing the
world – not that the Newtonian way is wrong – rather that our world
expands when we step into an invitation to consider the Quantum world as
well as the Newtonian. Each model invites us to consider that there is
an infinite (rather than finite) amount of new possibilities available
to us – as we move through our days at work – managing, leading, and
moving forward, and, as we move through our lives when we are not at
work - if, and only if, we are courageous enough to step into those
possibilities.
COACHING
– Individual & Group
I work with individuals to support their evolution to a perspective
where they can transition to a new world view and completely take their
full power back – regardless of where they coming from in the
organization, or where they are in their lives outside of work. I use
the CODE Model™ coaching intervention, a powerful process that offers a
way to ‘decode’ the energetic messages from your body, and allows an
integration of the body’s wisdom with the minds’ ability to choose.
WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP – with a difference
Women’s Leadership is a discovery process for women - like no other.
Positioned for those in current leadership roles, and those about to
step into formal leadership roles, this program invites potential
leaders to awaken and acknowledge that ‘you cannot take others where you
are neither willing nor able to go’.
Women’s Leadership is founded on a strong belief that the
quality of your leadership will be in direct proportion to your
willingness to engage in your own inner work and to claim the full
expression of your personal power. Inner work provides the
opportunity for you to wake up and explore the cultural conditioning
that unconsciously drives your life. It is also about reclaiming
your ability to choose – moment by moment, and, explore the potential
for who you can become, where you want to go, and what needs to be
changed/replaced in your cultural conditioning, including your patterns
and strategies, in order to create the space for you to become more.
Women’s Leadership is for those who realize that when
something really has to change, the only person you can change is
yourself! It is a program for the courageous and fearless – women
who are willing to acknowledge and are aware that only those who have
done and continue to do their own inner work, who reclaim the full
expression of their power, and de-cloak as they go, will be able to
effectively lead evolutionary workplaces of the future.
The Women’s Leadership program is offered as a package of:

an initial 4
in-room interactive, experiential days, together with a 1-1 two hour
intense coaching session;
-
group coaching
online and additional 1-1 coaching sessions over a subsequent 6 week
period,
-
3 additional
in-room days + a final 1-1 coaching session.
The program has required reading, CD listening, and reflective
journaling.
